Describe what you do at Kraft: I work with field sales to assist our OEM customers in sizing, designing, and implementing hydraulic and power transmission systems, as well as electronic control systems to optimize feel and function.
What Core Value resonates with you the most and why? While all are important, I see Always Customer Focused and Playing for the Team as the two values I try to keep in mind. We do better when our customers do better. We have a lot of experience and knowledge available to pull from to help our customers do just that.
What do you like to do outside of work? Spend time with my wife and young son. We like to find adventures and make memories, both locally and with some travel.
Personal fun fact: My wife and I met when I decided to go out because the furnace in my apartment broke.
