Kraft’s ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) is a retirement benefit that allows our employee participants to earn shares in the company. As employees work longer for Kraft, more shares are contributed to their accounts through a trust as a percentage of compensation. At retirement, Kraft buys back all earned shares at fair market value.
