Our hiring process is designed to get to know and learn what you’re looking for in a career. We spend time educating you on the Kraft Way so we can ensure the right cultural and core values fit on both sides. Our process produces meaningful conversations and clear expectations that can lead to a long and fulfilling career for our employee-owners.
Hiring Process
Step 1
Meet with the Kraft team via video conference. Following a successful first interview, you will be asked to take an untimed, online assessment that helps us assess overall fit within our organization.
Step 2
A 2-3 hour in-person interview takes place in-person with Kraft leadership and additional employee-owners when applicable. You’ll meet with the hiring manager, HR, and senior leadership, and take a tour of our facility. We’ll talk more about Kraft and what we do, and answer any and all questions you have.
Step 3
You’ll learn our decision within 3 days. If hired and you accept the position, you’ll complete a 3-month training plan to ensure you are fully onboarded and welcomed to the Kraft team.
