At Kraft Mobile Systems, October means Employee Ownership Month! Each year, we dedicate this month to celebrating what makes Kraft special: our amazing employee-owners.
We kicked off the festivities in true Kraft fashion with our leadership team donning aprons for an All-Star Breakfast. Eggs, Sausage, Orange Juice, Pancakes, and plenty of coffee set the tone for a fun, engaging, and gratitude-filled month.
This year, we brought back our popular “Guess How Many” challenge, this time with a Kraft twist. Our ESOP letters were filled with puzzle pieces (on any given day, there is always a puzzle or two being worked on in our office!)! In total, there were 8,379 pieces, and congratulations go to Richard Snowden, whose guess of 8,420 came VERY close!
We also tested our sports instincts with the NFL You Pick ’Em Challenge, where weekly winners proved their football smarts:

Week 4 – Kelly
Another favorite this year — Kraft Poker! Each day, team members picked a card to add to their envelope, building their best hand over the course of the week. When the final hands were revealed, Jason came out on top!
And what’s ESOP Month without a little bit of bingo? This year, ESOP Bingo combined fun facts about our team with a chance to learn more about one another. Congrats to our winners: Heath, Maddie, and Kelly!
A little rain couldn’t dampen the fun as we gathered for a Betty’s Bomb Ass Burgers lunch, always a Kraft favorite!
Later in the month, we hosted a Harvest Happy Hour and Cornhole Tournament. Congrats to our top teams:

3rd Place – Rich and Luke
We wrapped up Employee Ownership Month with one of our most anticipated traditions: the Annual Chili Cook-Off! Ten entries competed for bragging rights, and after plenty of taste-testing, the results were in:

Each of these events reminds us of what makes Kraft unique. We’re not just coworkers, we’re co-owners. Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) gives every team member a stake in the company’s success.
