Think and act like an owner

Bobby Brunner, Hydraulic Technician

Bobby has stepped up to help the technicians at a time of need. Shop lead time has never been as long as it is currently, and Bobby moving from his role in shipping, to a technician role will help reduce this lead time. Moving positions can take you out of your comfort zone at first, but Bobby is doing what is best for Kraft by moving to a department that is in need! Thank you Bobby for Thinking and Acting Like an Owner!

Always Customer Focused

Kim Sikora, Customer Service

Kim shows that she is always customer focused daily whether she is checking on incoming parts or contacting purchasing to see if we can expedite product for a customer.  Kim is always friendly to customers both on the phone and in email. Kim has a proactive approach with providing customer tracking and order ship status. The customer is Kim’s primary focus. Kim’s attitude is infectious, and our customers routinely remark how she brightened their day.

Plays for the Team

Bob Davis, Hydraulic Technician Team Leader

Bob has been an invaluable asset for the warehouse team, jumping into problems to find solutions. Always jamming out to “workplace appropriate” tunes, Bob sets the tone for the technicians that really sees the big picture. His keen eye for detail adds value to the company and is one of our keys to success.

Individual Accountability

Mark Lasch, Application Engineer, Engineering

Mark has managed in a short amount of time to be an essential part of the electric drives group. Mark has a great personality in dealing with customers and can handle the most technical of questions.

Mark showed individual accountability by not giving up in the face of a challenge. Instead of taking no for an answer, he designed a custom KFS 7178 electric motor and gearbox solution. We had a huge technical challenge to overcome with our customer on their 80000 lb Dual Planetary Truck. After we sold the job, the customer decided the truck was too wide for their plant. None of our existing wheel drive designs were compact enough to work. Mark worked with InMotion and multiple brake manufacturers over a 6-month period to design a unit that would work. The customer was very happy that Mark was able to find a wheel drive design that would meet both the performance and physical requirements. Mark’s design saved the day for both Kraft and the customer.
