Describe what you do at Kraft: I work with all the stakeholders within our customers’ organizations to understand their needs and ensure Kraft is delivering on those. I help design systems and recommend components that efficiently accomplish the customer’s machine requirements.
What’s the best part of your job? Seeing the finished product. My love of equipment goes back to growing up on a farm. My favorite days are the ones spent on the jobsite watching my customers’ machines work.
What Core Value resonates with you the most and why? Always Customer-Focused. A colleague of mine once said he viewed himself as an employee of his customers, and I think that sums it up perfectly. It’s my job to help the customer succeed and advocate for them within Kraft.
What do you like to do outside of work? I enjoy deer hunting and gardening/homesteading with my wife and daughter.
Personal Fun Fact: I hate snakes.
