Describe what you do at Kraft: I oversee the daily operations of Customer Service – everything from quoting, order entry, inquiries, and working with our Territory Managers to service our customers.
What’s the best part of your job? Working with customers & the self-gratification of knowing you are helping.
What Core Value resonates with you the most and why? Always Customer Focused. It takes years to gain a customer and a minute to lose one. I value our customers and strive to provide the best service to them and their team. Open lines of communication are key.
What do you like to do outside of work? I love spending time with my family and attending my kids sporting events, I’m their biggest fan! We love family game day watching Cleveland Browns!
Personal Fun Fact: I’m the youngest of five. I have 13 nieces/nephews and 9 great nieces/nephews. I love all the craziness when our families are together!
